Why my Company
I always meet the customer that had the bad experience and wants to go over every little detail. I love it, I love hearing the horror stories and I love being able to take my customer to a more relaxed place knowing that I am going to be on site when the job is being done.
When my company finishes the job, it is a good feeling knowing that this customer can have peace and wipe out the bad memory of the time before.
Some of my customers are young, newly weds, first time buyers.....never experienced any type of construction. I want them to feel like they have an uncle that is there with them. I feel like when I finish a job for someone......somehow it is not over, there is a connection and forever when there is a need for pricing on anything like gutters, siding or whatever, I feel, with my connections, my previous customers will always get the best.
I believe in trying to educate customers as much as I can. Why not, it's a big decision. I make it my goal to make your project go as easily as humanly possible,
