The way my company does a repair bid is we do 2 things. We look at the project and figure up how much material and time it is going to take and then we warranty those repairs with our 3 year labor warranty on the repairs we made only. Sometimes we can do an additional roof warranty if we like the way it was installed and everything was done right. Most of the time we wont do a repair unless we are sure that we fixed your problem. In some cases we will tell you up front that there may have to be a call back just in case we didn't get it.....most of the time we get it.

Our repairs are so wide ranged so trying to list everything is impossible. Give us a call and we can go from there.
